Brewferm “Top” 6g top-fermented brewer’s yeast dry yeast
This top-fermented brewer’s yeast from Brewferm is an ideal universal yeast for all top-fermented types of beer. Before adding it to the wort, the yeast must be dissolved in water at around 30°C for around 10 minutes. The addition to the wort brew should take place at 18 to 24°C. Type/quantity: top-fermented brewer’s yeast, 6g Dosage: approx. 6g per 10 liters of wort, add at 18 to 24°C Preparation: Dissolve in 30°C warm water for 10 minutes Final fermentation level: low Sedimentation: medium – high
