Brewferm Blanche 12g top-fermented brewer’s yeast for wheat beer dry yeast
This top-fermented brewer’s yeast from Brewferm is especially for wheat beers. No matter whether for light or dark wheat beers. The yeast must be dissolved in water at around 30°C for around 10 minutes before being added to the wort. The addition to the wort brew should be done when it has a temperature of 18 to 24°C.
