Yeast wine food Alcomat NUTRI-COMPLEX is a complex yeast food with a high organic nitrogen content. It provides the base with the necessary amino acids, sterols, minerals and vitamins. The lack of these substances can reduce the quality of the end product or lead to inadequate fermentation, which is therefore not complete. This preparation is three times richer in nitrogen than common inactive yeast types. It is an organic wine food of yeast origin, which, in addition to thiamine, contains a variety of microelements and yeast cell walls. These ingredients ensure complete fermentation, even under very demanding conditions. Its richness in nucleotides and amino acids is necessary for protein synthesis. At this point it should be emphasized that this yeast wine food is a 100% ecological activator. It is a source of amino acids – nitrogen, which allows to create a balance between the nitrogen of the mineral and the nitrogen of the organic origin. Its richness in nucleotides and amino acids, essential for yeast compounds (glutamic acid, asparagine, leucine, lysine, serines), is necessary for protein synthesis. Organic nitrogen contributes to the increased assimilation of mineral nitrogen. The high thiamine content allows the yeast to be met and the large production of acetic acid and sulfur dioxide to be avoided. Application: Dissolve the yeast food in a small amount of juice or water, then add it to the prepared mixture, but not earlier than 24 hours after the start of fermentation. For very clear batches, it is optimal to add them together with the yeast inoculation of the batch. The use of the 10g bag, for example in a wine batch of 25 / 30L, helps to intensively stimulate the yeast work and shorten the fermentation time.
