Brewferm Lager 12g bottom-fermented brewer’s yeast for Pilsner and lager beers dry yeast
This bottom-fermented brewer’s yeast from Brewferm is ideal for use if neutral fermentation is to be achieved. The yeast must be dissolved in water at around 30°C for around 10 minutes before being added to the wort. The formation of smoldering components is almost impossible. The addition to the wort brew should be done when it has a temperature of 10 to 15°C.
